  • While using a forklift is recommended, the sauna can also be offloaded piece-by-piece with the help of 3-4 people, typically within 30-60 minutes. Many of our customers have successfully opted for this method.

Shipping Information

Shipping costs are determined based on location. Indoor saunas are delivered via flatbed trailer.

Customers are notified two weeks prior to the scheduled delivery to allow time for preparation. A forklift is recommended for unloading; however, saunas can also be offloaded manually, piece by piece, with the help of 3–4 people in approximately 30–60 minutes. Many customers have successfully used this method.

Please ensure you are fully prepared to receive and unload your sauna in accordance with the instructions provided in your manual.
