Sauna & Plunge Direct ships premium saunas, cold plunges, heaters, and accessories from authorized brand partners directly to your door. Here's exactly what to expect.
Free Shipping to the Lower 48
We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). No minimums, no surprises at checkout.
Currently we do not ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Processing & Delivery Times
For products not marked "Pre-Order" in the title:
- Handling time: 2–5 business days from order placement (often within 48 hours)
- Transit time: 5–8 business days depending on your location
- Total delivery window: typically 7–13 business days from order to doorstep
Tracking information is emailed to you within 24 hours after your order leaves our warehouse.
Pre-Order Products
Some products show a "Pre-Order" label with an expected arrival month. These are reserved for you in advance — your order is queued and ships as soon as the next stock arrives at our warehouse, then follows the standard 2–5 business day handling time.
ThermaSol Products (Quote-Only)
ThermaSol steam shower products are custom-built to order. Lead times run 4–8 weeks from order confirmation. Shipping is custom-quoted per order based on freight requirements. Call 1-833-905-0688 for current pricing and lead times before purchase.
How Your Order Arrives
Large items (saunas, cold plunges over 100 lbs):
- Delivered via 53-foot semi-truck on a pallet
- The freight carrier will call you 24–48 hours in advance to schedule a 4-hour delivery window
- Driver will unload the pallet to your driveway or curbside (curbside delivery — driver does not move items inside or up steps)
- Larger saunas may arrive across multiple boxes on a single pallet
Smaller items (1–2 person saunas, smaller cold plunges, heaters, accessories):
- Ship in single boxes via standard ground freight
- Delivered to your door — no advance scheduling required
Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect every box at the time of delivery — before signing the carrier's delivery receipt.
- Minor damage (small dents, surface scuffs): note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours with photos
- Significant damage (visible cracks, crushed boxes, broken components): refuse the delivery and contact us immediately
- No damage: sign the receipt and you're set
Photos of any damage must be sent to carolann@saunaplungedirect.com within 24 hours of arrival to qualify for replacement or refund.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. If you haven't received tracking after 5 business days, please reach out.
