We want you to love your sauna or cold plunge. If something isn't right, here's how to make it right.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, no fees.
After 24 hours, your order moves into our fulfillment queue and standard return policies apply.
Returns (30 Days from Delivery)
You may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to:
- Prior approval required. Contact us at carolann@saunaplungedirect.com or 1-833-905-0688 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything back. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Customer pays return shipping and any handling/storage/rerouting fees.
- 20% restocking fee applies to all sauna and cold plunge returns.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Final Sale — Custom & Made-to-Order Products
The following products are non-returnable:
- ThermaSol custom steam shower products (built to order)
- Pre-Order items where production has begun
- Products with custom dimensions or finishes
- Any item marked "Made to Order" or "Custom Order" on the product page
All sales are final on these items. Please call us at 1-833-905-0688 before ordering if you have questions about fit or specifications.
Damage Claims
If your delivery arrives damaged:
- Significant damage: refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
- Minor damage: sign the delivery receipt with the damage noted, then send photos to carolann@saunaplungedirect.com within 24 hours of arrival.
We'll work directly with the carrier and the manufacturer to arrange replacement parts or a full unit replacement at no cost to you.
Photos submitted after 24 hours may not qualify for damage replacement.
Manufacturer Warranties
All products carry the manufacturer's full warranty. As an authorized dealer for all 16 of our brand partners, your warranty is honored directly by the brand and supported by us.
Warranty details vary by brand — contact us with the product name and we'll walk you through the specific warranty terms.
Chargeback Notice
We pride ourselves on real human support. If something goes wrong, call us first — we'll fix it.
Filing a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in your order being flagged. Fraudulent chargebacks (where the goods are received and not returned) may be referred for criminal liability.
