5 yr
Heating elements and electronics
5 years for residential use and 1 year for commercial use on heating elements and electronics, from the date of purchase.
1 yr
Wood structure, DVD player and monitor
The wood structure, DVD player and monitor have a 1 year limited warranty.
This warranty covers parts and does not cover labor. Parts found to be defective must be returned to Golden Designs, and you prepay the shipping charges for those parts. The warranty is for the original purchaser at the original place of installation and is not transferable. Indoor use only: placing the sauna outdoors voids the warranty. To start a claim, email carolann@saunaplungedirect.com with your proof of purchase.

Overview

The Golden Designs Monaco Black Edition (GDI-6996-02 Elite Black) is a 6 person far infrared sauna for indoor use, built from Canadian Hemlock with a black exterior. Sixteen PureTech Near Zero EMF carbon heating panels sit in the walls, under the benches and in the floor.

Heating and features

Set your session from the interior LED control panel. The cabin has a DVD player with FM radio, Bluetooth and an MP3 auxiliary connection with built in speakers, and a monitor. The smart screen function needs an Amazon Firestick, which you buy separately. The oversize chromotherapy lighting includes a red light feature, and accent lights sit on the outside. You enter through a bronze tinted tempered glass sliding door.

Installation and delivery

The owner's manual requires two separate dedicated 120V 20 amp outlets on two separate 20 amp breakers, so plan the wiring with a certified electrician before delivery. Use it indoors only, in a dry, level spot away from any source of water. Find the sizes and weights in the Specs tab.

Free Shipping (Lower 48). Your sauna arrives curbside on a pallet by freight carrier.
