Will cedar accessories last in a hot sauna?

Yes, if they dry between uses. Cedar and thermo-treated wood handle the cycling well — the enemy is standing water, not heat.

Do I need a bucket and ladle for an infrared sauna?

No. Infrared cabins have no stones, so there is nothing to pour water over. These are for traditional saunas.

How do I clean them?

Rinse and air dry. Avoid soaking, and use a proper sauna cleaner rather than household detergent on benches.
